Crims On Water Wings is a side mission in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories.
Description[]
It is automatically activated after entering the Skimmer beside the Vice City Lighthouse in Ocean Beach. The player must achieve a time less than 2:30 and the reward is $500. It is similar to Crims On Wings where the player must fly a Biplane through a series of checkpoints. This side-mission is required for 100% Completion.
