Cheri Oteri

Cheryl Ann "Cheri" Oteri (born September 19, 1962) is an American actress, voice actress, and comedian, best known for her roles as a cast member on the comedy series, Saturday Night Live. She also voiced Gwendolyn Zapp in the Disney series, Big City Greens.
