Mr. Grouchy is a one-shot antagonist in the DreamWorks•Peacock's series, Where's Waldo?.
Background[]
Mr. Grouchy is accidentally created by Waldo with the Weather Key and kidnaps Whitebeard to ride him by attempting to cause chaos his headquarters before he gets sucked by the magic key. Whitebeard describes Mr. Grouchy that he is a grouchy little storm cloud who likes terrorize people and cause chaos.
After Mr. Grouchy is created by Odlulu with the Weather Key which she stole from Waldo, mistaken for a Mother Nature-like goddess. He pours the rain on Odlulu and Fritz by following them. When Odlulu and Fritz manages to hide in the hotel. When Mr. Grouchy chases them around the hotel and Odlulu tries to zap him, but backfires and turns the place in ice. Mr. Grouchy then kidnaps Odlulu and Fritz by riding them.
When Odlulu calls the Wanderers for help, the Wanderers have to distracts him, Mr. Grouchy chases Wenda while Waldo has to get the magic key back from Odlulu. While Mr. Grouchy chases Waldo and Anesu, he later gets zapped and erased by Waldo with the Weather Key while Odlulu and Fritz falls down to the ground.
At the end, Mr. Grouchy returns and breaks out from the key cabinet to scare the Wanderers which is still on the loose.

Mr. Grouchy is mean, scary, grouchy and aggressive little storm cloud who likes terrorize people and cause chaos.
