April Winchell Foley (born January 4, 1960) is an American actress, writer, talk radio host, commentator, voice actor, and comedian.

She has done some voice roles for DreamWorks, such as Liz in Toonsylvania, Mistress Mugan in Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness, or a Boov in Home.

She was also Ms. Finster in Recess, and Sylvia in the Disney Channel/Disney XD animated series Wander Over Yonder.
