Oculon (real name Declan) is a recurring antagonist from the Disney Channel original series, The Villains of Valley View. He is the supervillain, who under orders by Onyx, was sent to Valley View to find the Mayhem family and gain their trust, to facilitate their eventual destruction by Onyx and the League of Villains. He is portrayed by Kai Moya.

Background

Biography

Oculon is a loyal follower of Onyx, tasked to discover the whereabouts of the hidden villainous Mayhem family. He reports to his master that he suspects that they are currently living in Valley View, Texas. He flirts with Hartley intending to use her to get to know the locals of the town to locate his targets.

Personality

Oculon seems to be a typical member of the League of Villains, completely dedicated to follow the orders of Onyx by any means necessary, without question. Currently, he has been ordered to infiltrate the fugitive villain family and gain their confidence, to ensure their destruction for daring to challenge Onyx.
