Robert Gossman is the Police Chief of Valley View, Texas. After joining a creative writing class, he met Celia. Sometime later, Celia called him to fix a hole in the Madden’s house, where he met Amy, Eva and Vic Madden, who thought he worked in construction. Sometime later, Celia and him started dating. He also met Jake Madden at some point and became good friends with him, which made Vic jealous.
