Donna Plank is a minor antagonist of the Disney Channel original series, The Villains of Valley View. She is the founder of FacciaGrande face cream, who interviews Eva Madden for a job in her company. She is portrayed by Rachna Khatau.

She appears in "The Two Jakes" where she is seen as one of the interviewers at job fair, for her face cream and cosmetics company called FacciaGrande. She gives one of the job applicants, Eva Madden, a run for her money as Eva tries to impress her, without a resumé as Donna is more interested on why she wants the job. Donna ends up making Eva nervous and she runs away. Soon after, Eva returns for her follow up interview, much to Donna’s dislike as she doesn’t do second chances. But, she reveals she is legally required to conduct interviews, before she gives the job to her niece. Donna then asked her about some of her previous work experience. Donna is impressed by the answer Amy gives through Eva, but remarks that she doesn't like how long Eva took a pause before answering. Donna then notices a fly, who’s actually Eva’s son, Colby Madden, flying around and attempts to kill him. But, Eva stops Donna from doing so, much to Donna's anger and disappointment. Donna then calls Eva weak, citing how in certain businesses and jobs, especially the cosmetic business, you have to crush your competition, and she tells Eva that she's weak for not even being willing to crush a little fly. After Eva leaves, she continues with the interviews. But, much to her dismay, Eva returns a third time. Eva then tells Donna everything she wanted to tell Onyx when she was part of the League of Villains, and even imagines Donna sitting in front of her as Onyx, causing Donna to be greatly confused. Eva then comes back to herself and chides Donna for calling her weak and even smears some of her own face cream on Donna's face. Donna and Eva then go on a rampage, destroying everything in the job fair and has gotten into a huge fight with them both throwing face cream back and forth at each other. Soon, Robert Gossman, Celia, and Clone Jake arrive at the school when Eva accidentally throws a glob of face cream at Robert. When he asks who threw the face cream, everyone point at Donna, and Robert then proceeds to arrest Donna for assaulting a police officer and takes her outside to his patrol car. It’s also revealed by Robert that Donna's face cream has scarred half of the state of Texas.
