Biography[]
She is a supervillain spirit, who’s also the mother of Eva Madden. According to Eva, she was once considered the most dangerous villain in the world. When she broke her pledge to never intrude upon members of her own family, Kraniac sucked her into a prototype glass handbag he had been developing, and the family put the orb in a Centropolis storage facility. A few years later, that business closed, and Eva and Vic had her sent to Valley View.
Physical appearance[]
It’s unknown how she looks in her human form as she only appears as a spirit, but according to Colby, she has blue hair. In her spirit form, she has the appearance of a tiny blue glowing comet.
