Gem is a recurring antagonist from the Disney Channel original series, The Villains of Valley View. She is long-standing rival of Hartley and now Amy, with Gem playing unscrupulous mind games to always prevail. She is portrayed by Giselle Torres.

Biography[]
Gem started her rivalry with Hartley, when they both participated in the "Little Miss Valley View" pageant. Gem won by pointing and laughing at Hartley, while the other was performing a tap dance routine, which distracted, Hartley fell off the stage. Since then, their rivalry has continued, given Gem considers Hartley her most talented competition, and thus a figure to be targeted.
