Hartley is one of the main protagonists of the Disney Channel original series, The Villains of Valley View. She is a regular teenage girl, who befriends the Maddens after figuring out their secret and becomes best friends with Amy Madden. She lives with her grandmother, who is renting the house next door to the Maddens. Hartley is portrayed by Kayden Muller-Janssen.

Not much is known about Hartley's childhood, but she does live with her grandmother and is member of the Sunshine Club. Her parents have yet to be mentioned on the show, but she, along with her grandmother, resides in Valley View, Texas, next to the Maddens.
Personality[]
Hartley is the friendly next-door neighbor of the Madden family. She is often quirky and learns of the Maddens' real identities, which Hartley is able to take in stride though she sometimes forgets that acting without caution around that family could very well reap consequences for her. She often states her mind before thinking.
