発売に気がついていなかった。先日、LPのセットを注文。明日届く予定。CDは購入せずにストリーミングで。Amazonで聴いている。

後半の内容が凄い。MingusからShadows&Lightの時期のアーカイヴ。

スタート(4-14から)のMingus Early Alternate Version、もう一つのMingus。発売されたトラックと全く異なるメンバー：Phil Woods(as), Gerry Mulligan(bs),  Jan Hammer(synth), John McLaughlin(g), Eddie Gomez, Stanley Clarke(b), Tony Williams, John Guerin(ds), Don Alias(ds,perc), Emil Richards(perc)

少し古色が滲む印象。もう少し新しく響く音を求めて、ショーターやパストリアスにメンバーを変えたことがわかる。しかし、このトラックも結構「あり」。ミンガス、ｔのいうタイトルには、こっちのほうが良かったかも。

あとはShadows&Light期である1979年ツアーのリハーサルやライヴ音源。これが実に楽しい。Shadows&Lightは（若いときに聴いて）頭に入っているので、異なる演奏での違いが実に楽しめるのだ。嬉しいなあ。

選挙速報を忘れて（投票には行ったよ）、ひたすら聴いている。圧巻のセットである。CDも買おうかな（もう病気！）
