The Transcendents (

Very little is known about the organization of the Transcendents, how they stand out, what specific tasks they perform, or what influence they have. But it is made clear that its members are on the same level as the members of the Order of the Clock Tower.
The only known members belong to different nationalities; France, England, and Germany respectively. Furthermore, its members are presumed to be powerful ability users.

The Transcendents clashed, resulting in the most war casualties and damage in history. [1]
The transcendent Arthur Rimbaud and Paul Verlaine were sent to Japan, Yokohama for the mystery of the project related to a mysterious entity of the Calamity, Arahabaki and one boy in particular, Chūya Nakahara.
