Biography
Robert Garcia earned a bachelor's degree in biology from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a graduate degree in public policy from the University of Southern California. His career experience includes working as a teacher and school administrator.[1]

Two of the five seats on the Etiwanda School District board of trustees were up for at-large general election on November 8, 2016. In their bids for re-election, incumbents David Long and Cathline Fort faced three opponents: Sam Sager, Robert Garcia, and Taline Georgiou. Long won re-election, and Garcia won the other seat on the board.[2][3]
