Biography

Juan Carrillo was born in Guadalajara Jalisco, Mexico, and lives in Palmdale, California. Carrillo earned an associate’s degree in architecture from the College of the Desert, a bachelor’s degree in urban and regional planning from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and a master’s degree in public administration (MPA) from California State University, Northridge. His career experience includes working as a city planner for the City of Palmdale. He was elected to the Palmdale City Council in 2016.[1][2]
