Lynn Finnegan was a Republican member of the Hawaii House of Representatives, representing the 32nd District from 2003-2011. She served as Minority Leader. Representative Finnegan did not run for re-election in the Hawaii House of Representatives elections of 2010.[1] Instead, she ran for lieutenant governor.
On November 20, 2021, Finnegan was elected to serve as the chairwoman of the Hawaii Republican Party.[2]
Finnegan has been an entertainer on the Al Harrington Show, and a Senior Loan Originator with Primary Residential Mortgage.
She is a member of the Aiea/Pearl City Business Association, Cagayan Valley Association of Hawaii, Imago Dei Community Church, Minority Organ Tissue and Transplant Education Program Advisory Board, and the Moanalua Lions Club.[3]

2010
Finnegan ran for lieutenant governor of Hawaii. She faced Brian E. Schatz (D), Deborah Spence (Free Energy) and Leonard I. Kama (Non-Partisan) in the general election on November 2, 2010. Schatz won the election.[4]
2008
In 2008, Finnegan won re-election to the Hawaii House of Representatives from Hawaii's 32nd District. Finnegan ran unopposed in the election. He raised $41,272 for his campaign.[5]
