Biography
Mahina Poepoe earned a bachelor's degree in public administration from the University of Hawaii at West Oahu. Poepoe's career experience includes owning and operating Malama Surf Shop and working as an outreach assistant with the Molokai Maui Invasive Species Committee, a project coordinator with ‘Aina Momona, and a legislative analyst with the County of Maui. She has been affiliated with ‘Aha Kiole, the Hoahu Renewable Energy Co-op, and Kia’i Kanaloa.[1]
