Tyson Miyake (Democratic Party) is a member of the Hawaii House of Representatives, representing District 10. He assumed office on January 1, 2024. His current term ends on November 3, 2026.
Miyake (Democratic Party) won re-election to the Hawaii House of Representatives to represent District 10 outright in the Democratic primary on August 10, 2024, after the general election was canceled.
Gov. Joshua Green (D) appointed Miyake to the Hawaii House of Representatives District 10 on December 15, 2023, to replace Troy Hashimoto. [1]
Biography
From 2005 to 2019, Miyake ran a concrete accessories business. In 2019, Miyake became Deputy Managing Director of the County of Maui. From 2020 to 2023, Miyake served as Chief of Staff for the County of Maui. [2]
Education
Miyake earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas in 2005. [3]
