Biography
Lisa Kitagawa was born and earned a master's degree in higher education administration and a bachelor's degree in family resources from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Her professional experience includes serving as a faculty and student services specialist at the University of Hawaii at Manoa and an office manager for Representative Aaron Ling Johnson. She has also been president of Benjamin Parker Elementary School's 'Ohana, a member of the Castle Alumni Community Association, and a volunteer at the Kane'oho Community Family Center. Kitagawa was elected to the Hawaii State House of Representatives in 2019. [1]
