James Graham Jenkins (1834-1921) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit.

He was nominated by President Grover Cleveland on March 20, 1893. He was confirmed by the Senate on March 23, 1893, and received commission that same day. He retired on February 23, 1905.

His service was terminated on March 23, 1893, due to appointment to another judicial position. Jenkins was succeeded in this position by William Henry Seaman.
