すべての国が協調して取り組む地球温暖化対策を話し合う国連気候変動枠組み条約の第２１回締約国会議（ＣＯＰ２１）が３０日、パリで始まる。１２日間の会期で、２０２０年以降に始める温室効果ガス削減の新たな国際枠組みで合意することを目指す。議長国フランスは、テロの撲滅とともに世界的な難題の解決に向けて協力を呼びかける。 同時テロで非常事態宣言が続くなかで開幕する会議には、約１９０カ国・地域の政府代表のほか、国際機関やＮＧＯから計４万人以上の参加者が見込まれている。初日は安倍晋三首相、米オバマ大統領、中国の習近平（シーチンピン）・国家主席、ロシアのプーチン大統領ら首脳約１５０人が集まり、それぞれの温暖化対策をアピールして合意への機運を高める。 首脳らが、テロとの戦いをはじめ、外交や安全保障を議論する舞台にもなる。仏オランド大統領は「温室効果ガスの排出を抑え、子どもや孫たちの住む場所を守る合意が必要だ。

◎「福島の現状正しく理解を」 　東京電力福島第１原発事故が起きた福島県と、他県や外国のそれぞれの高校生が受ける外部被ばく線量について、福島高（福島市）の生徒が中心となって比較検討した研究論文が、放射線防護に関する国際的な専門誌に掲載された。被ばく線量の差はほとんどなく、生徒たちは「福島の現状を科学的に正しく理解してもらう素材になってほしい」と期待する。 　執筆したのはスーパーサイエンス（ＳＳ）部放射線班の小野寺悠さん（１８）、鈴木諒君（１８）、斉藤美緑さん（１７）、安斎彩季さん（１６）、藤原祐哉君（１７）の５人。原尚志教諭（５７）が指導した。 　１時間ごとに積算線量を把握できる線量計「Ｄシャトル」を活用。福島高を含め県内の６校と横浜、神戸両市などの６校に加え、フランス、ポーランド、ベラルーシの１４校の生徒と教諭に参加してもらい、線量の比較、分析を試みた。海外の高校は、事故後に交流が始まった
