TIME MANAGEMENT
It is a set of principles, practices skills, and system that help you use your time to accomplish what you want. Importance of Time management:Time is a special resource that you cannot store or save for later use. Everyone has the exact same amount of time each day. Time not well used cannot be retrieved. Through time management you can create the time you need, and not just wait for it to come. By planning your time wisely, you will have more time to do more things.
Time management will help you set up your priorities. Time management helps you make conscious choices, so you can spend more of your time doing things that are important and valuable to you.
The time management was very important aspect for this event. For this event we should plane our activity according the time availability. On first day we were not on time at that orphanage because of lack of information. So information was very important for good time management On next day we had plan but due to other problem we were not completed our event that much effectively if we would get another day.
During your class Activity how you manage your time, What Sort of Typical barriers you face and how you overcome them.
There was two group expected co-ordination was not there. On first days we were not on time at railway station because of some students left the class very late. On first due to some incorrect information we were not on time. Instead of work some students were busy with their phone. Some was playing with the camera and shoot the photos.
If we would have catch the local on time so we could reached on time. We could perform the event very effectively. We could also avoid delay to reach at home in time If we concentrate only on event so we could get more better experience rather than this. If some students gave extra contribution of efforts we could manage our time very effectively.

WHAT IS LEADERSHIP
LO3 of Unit1
Leadership can be defined as one's ability to get others to willingly follow. Every organization needs leaders at every level. Leaders can be found and nurtured if you look for the following character traits. A leader with vision has a clear, vivid picture of where to go, as well as a firm grasp on what success looks like and how to achieve it. But its not enough to have a vision; leaders must also share it and act upon it. Jack Welch, former chairman and CEO of General Electric Co., said, "Good business leaders create a vision, articulate the vision, passionately own the vision and relentlessly drive it to completion." A leader must be able to communicate his or her vision in terms that cause followers to buy into it. He or she must communicate clearly and passionately, as passion is contagious. A good leader must have the discipline to work toward his or her vision singlemindedly, as well as to direct his or her actions and those of the team toward the goal. Action is the mark of a leader. A leader does not suffer analysis paralys

LO1 of Unit 3
Dushta-saangatya Dosham
On the way to the great Ujjaini Nagaram, there was a Pippala-Vruksham (Ashwattha Vruksham). On it use to live a Vaayasam (crow) and a Hamsa. One afternoon, when Suurya-deva was showing His power, came a Paantha (traveller). He not able to tolerate the heat, thought of taking rest in the shade of the Ashwattha Vruksham. When he was taking rest, the Hamsa saw that, through the gaps between leaves of tree, sun-light was directly falling on the face of the Paantha.
LO2 of Unit 3 Hamsa, who was a Dayaalu, couldnt see this and spread out his wings and thus gave shade to the Paantha sleeping under the tree. Seeing the Paantha was sleeping happily, the Vaayasam got Iirsha due to his natural Dushta-svabhaavam. The Vaayasam, out of Matsaram, put his puriishotsargam (put its droppings) on the face of the Paantha and flew away.
LO2 of Unit 3 Though it had nothing to gain by troubling the traveller, it troubled him because, for Dushtas Parapiida (paining others) itself gives pleasure. The Paantha woke up and saw the Hamsa which was above him and thinking that it has done this to him, shot it with an arrow. The innocent Hamsa fell down and died.
