development of Ones personality? Justify by giving Examples
As I know to develop some ones personality mentioned all factors are very important. With all factors any one can become a good human being Rationality:- The person who is very wise, judicious, intelligent and good command over the emotions that person called as a rational person. Example:- I choose a new hi-fi system based on reading a few magazines and listening to several friends. When the sales person offers me a better bargain, I still turn it down.

Empathy:- It s a kind a strong strength like put our self into others persons shoes and treat according that individuals level. With this you can become more understandable and a boost toward the success. Example:- friend is complaining of feeling exhausted after having pulled an overnighter studying for an exam. Out of your own experience, you know what that feels like--you have empathy with his fatigue, and may be able to suggest something that you've done in the past that may help your friend.
Positive Attitude:- it is place your standpoints and view points which leads to responses to different stimuli. That is attitude but with positive stand and view points. It will help you to achieve your goal within the measurable time. Example : - Nicholas James Vujicic is an Australian and motivational speaker born with tetraamelia syndrome, a rare disorder characterised by the absence of all four limbs. As a child, he struggled mentally and emotionally as well as physically, but eventually came to terms with his disability and, at the age of seventeen, started his own non-profit organisation, Life Without Limbs.
Motivation:-its an act to pushing your self to do some thing which you feels right. With motivation we can achieve what we dream its a self encouragement to your self Example:A child obeys its parents to avoid punishment A clerk works overtime so that he can afford a better car A politician lies to improve his chances of re-election

LEADERSHIP
LO3 of Unit1
WHAT IS LEADERSHIP
leadership can be defined as one's ability to get others to willingly follow. Every organization needs leaders at every level. Leaders can be found and nurtured if you look for the following character traits .A leader with vision has a clear, vivid picture of where to go, as well as a firm grasp on what success looks like and how to achieve it. But its not enough to have a vision; leaders must also share it and act upon it. Jack Welch, former chairman and CEO of General Electric Co., said, "Good business leaders create a vision, articulate the vision, passionately own the vision and relentlessly drive it to completion."A leader must be able to communicate his or her vision in terms that cause followers to buy into it. He or she must communicate clearly and passionately, as passion is contagious . A good leader must have the discipline to work toward his or her vision single-mindedly, as well as to direct his or her actions and those of the team toward the goal. Action is the mark of a leader. A leader does not suffer analysis paralys

Define the Term Transactional Analysis and what sort of Ego state you mostly operate justify by giving examples.
TA is a neo-Freudian theory of personality. Berne's ego states are heavily influenced by Freud's id, ego and superego, although they do not precisely correspond with them.[3] A primary difference between Berne and Freud is the former's treatment of the observable transactions known as "games". A number of books popularized TA in the general public but did little to gain acceptance in the conventional psychoanalytic community. TA is considered by its adherents to be a more user-friendly and accessible model than the conventional psychoanalytic model. A number of modern-day TA practitioners emphasize the similarities with cognitive-behaviorist models while others emphasize different models.
