Internship Training Report:
A Fifteen days internship programme for the second year under
graduate students has become an essential part of the curricular of bachelor
degree programme. The Students have to choose the area of interest for the
internship programme.To experience and witness the scenario first-hand, as
per the advice of my Guide, Mrs.M. Parameshwari , I went to Panchayat union
middle School, Chinamurukampatti, from 21.06.2023 to 12.07.2023 for my
internship programme. From the internship programme I learnt how teacher
manage their classes and how teachers deliberately make the student feel
happy with this teaching process.This internship program gave me knowledge
about teaching English, It also helped me to realize the reality of a teacher and
encourage me to think about taking teaching as a profession.
Objectives
The objectives of this internship are
● To train the students as a language teacher in school and colleges
or in media or a soft skill trainer, It also focuses on proofreading and
media photography.
● To get the actual idea of the present scenario of English language
teaching in school and colleges.
● To know the English language techniques in real classrooms and
how successfully implement those in real environment.
● To know how a teacher takes responsibility for the students and
how build up relationship with the students in the classroom.
● To train an internship in a short term experience in which we
receive training and can build skills in a specific field or career.
● Internship programme also give me opportunity to understand
different aspects of school student and improve skills and abilities in
teaching profession.

Experience and Output:
First I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to our college for
conducting this internship programme. In this internship programme , I had a
great experience in teaching, Taking classes for the school students is not an
essay job. It was an important duty to teach until the student understood the
lesson .And it was like walking on eggshells so, I learned some of the
approaches from my supervisor, Mr.C.Shababathi, English Teacher, in
Panchayat union middle School, Chinamurukampatti, about how to handle the
classes for different standard students, And when the students ask me
questions, It makes satisfied that they listen to the classes. I learn some
aspects of office work.I wrote the monthly record note .How teachers are
teaching for the students ,Give the reading practise for students,Note
correction ,Basic common words in English told to the students,Teach the
lesson for students.So I consider the internship programme as a stepstone to
my future career . I completed the fifteen days internship and learned skill
based teaching, topics related to the curriculum of the students, how to
develop their skills in communication, reading, writing and learning.
