    MINUTES OF THE MEETING


    FIRST PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCE
    GRADE 3- MASUNURIN
    September 29,2023

    For the school year 2023-2024, the school held a homeroom PTA
    meeting. The event served as a valuable platform for fostering
    communication, collaboration and mutual understanding between educators
    and parents.

    Last September 29,2023, our dear Payatas C Elementary School held


    its 1 PTA Conference. The meeting started at 4:30 in the afternoon. Before
    st

    the meeting the parents were asked to sign the attendance sheet and fill in
    their contact numbers. The meeting started with a prayer led by adviser, Ms.
    Margie G. Irece, after the prayer it proceeded to the discussion. An opening
    remark was given to the parents.
    Encouraging parental involvement was a key focus, emphasizing the
    impact of a strong home-school partnership on the pupil’s educational
    journey. Suggestions for supporting learning at home were discussed,
    ensuring a cohesive approach to education.

    The first Parent-Teacher Conference served as a constructive and


    positive dialogue, laying the foundation for a successful partnership between
    home and school. The commitment from both parents and teacher to the
    pupil’s education promises a fulfilling and enriching school year. The meeting
    ended at 5:30 in the afternoon.
