HOMEROOM PARENT-TEACHER ASSOCIATION MEETING
OCTOBER 9, 2024
The meeting started at 8:00 AM with an opening prayer led by Nick John P.
David, the Class President. Following this, Catherine G. Pingol, the Adviser, welcomed all
attendees and introduced the agenda for the meeting.
Agenda:
I. Attendance
Those present were written on the attendance sheet provided by the class
adviser.
The class schedule for the morning shift is from 6:00-12:00 PM.
IV. School ID
The school ID must be always worn inside the campus for identification
purposes. This ensures the safety and security of everyone by preventing the
entry of unauthorized persons and reducing the risk of potential incidents.
The adviser reported the class standing of the students. She highlighted areas of
achievement, areas for improvement and reminded also the absenteeism of the
students. Parents were encouraged to actively support their children's academic
endeavors.
Participation is voluntary.
October 26 and 27, 2024, per batch, at SM Pampanga and Robinsons Starmills.
During the suspension of face-to-face classes, the school will shift to modular or
online classes to ensure continuous learning for all students.
The academic achievers for the first semester were recognized and applauded.
Ms. Pingol congratulated the students for their outstanding performance and
encouraged them to continue striving for excellence.
Report cards for the first semester were distributed to the parents. Ms. Pingol
reminded parents to review the report cards carefully and to reach out if they had
any questions or concerns.
Closing:
The meeting concluded successfully with a vote of thanks to all attendees for
their active participation. Ms. Pingol expressed gratitude to the parents for their
continuous support and encouraged them to stay engaged in their children's
