Weekly Log: 03/22/2022 – 03/25/2022
Day 1: March 22, 2022 is our schedule of our first deployment. I was deployed at
Bato National High School my very own Alma Mater, and I’m so grateful to be
back and I choose this school as my training ground for my Pre-Service Practice
Teaching. We were deploy at four (4) in the afternoon. During the deployment our
Intern Supervisor from BSED introduced us to the teachers of Bato National High
School. We are told by the Doe's and Don'ts if we the intern students are already
in the school vicinity. After the introduction of Sir Vincent, the acting principal of
the said school introduce us also to every Department Head. Lastly, we take
pictures together with the intern supervisors and teachers of Bato National High
School.
I believe that today will be the starting point of who I am becoming in the
future. I believe that I will have a responsibility to carry on as the internship goes
onward. I may face challenges along the way but I will take it as an
encouragement and motivation to move forward in reaching my goals.
I don't know what the upcoming days awaits me, but I am certain for one thing
and that is I will finish my internship in this school better than before, proud with
dignity and uphold the Spirit of being an Educator.
Day 2: March 23, 2022, today I arrived at school at exactly 6:50 AM because I
believe punctuality is a must or maybe I’m so excited to witness the reality of
being an educator. This is it; the most awaited part of being a future educator is
to experience the real scenario for a new normal or what is really happening in
the field of education.
Today I meet the person behind the success of Bato National High School,
the new Principal Sir Freddie Digno, And I’m so grateful and I was bless this day

because God give me Ma’am Jesseniel J. Villanueva a M.A.P.E.H coordinator to
be my Critique Teacher and of course a good mentor who is willing share her
expertise in the field of teaching.
The adjustment is their because a lot of changes since I was left my alma
mater maybe there is a new faces but the spirit itself is still there. And i realize
this day that teaching is good profession that we should have. I hope the
upcoming days will be good to me. And I hope this is a good path that I should
cross through my entire dream.
Day 3: March 24, 2022 is the Third day of my internship. I arrive at school at 7pm
in the morning. I spend my time cleaning the Classroom, the comfort room etc.,
as my Critique Teacher arrive she ask me to help her sorting the modules and I
realize how important the modules to pass on time. I thought being a teacher for
a new normal you are just waiting for the modules to be check but not, there is a
challenge to face on, you must be patience to your learners.
Maybe there is a change in the set of education system in the Philippines but
the hard work and dedication of a teacher never change. There is still teacher
who embodied their dedication and their life for their profession, their love for
their job never ends. That’s why I’m so motivated to become a future educator.
Day 4: March 25, 2022, is the fourth day of our internship. I do my daily routine;
cleaning the classroom, sorting module, guiding the parents learner. And we
have our seminar for our Philippines Professional Standard for Teacher.
The Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers defines teacher quality in the
Philippines. The standards describe the expectations of teachers’ increasing
levels of knowledge, practice and professional engagement. At the same time,
the standards allow for teachers’ growing understanding, applied with increasing
sophistication across a broader and more complex range of teaching/learning
situations.
Our goal as educators is first and foremost to develop children into
respectful, productive members of society. We want each and every child to
realize his/her potential and create a meaningful existence. We also strive to help
children develop into good, moral, and virtuous individuals. To help every child
reach these goals we need to be not only aware but also active about
recognizing the differences that exist within our classrooms and in our society as
a whole. These differences are what make each student unique and special, but
are also what challenge us as educators.
Weekly Log: 03/28/2022 – 04/1/2022
March 28, 2022, starting my weekdays here at Bato National High School. I’m so
happy that I still practice the traits of punctuality I arrived at school before 7:30
am as what the school permitted. I already build rapport to some of the teachers
in Bato National High School. Still doing my daily routine; Cleaning the
classroom, Maintaining the beauty of our Comfort Room, My Critique Teacher still
sharing her expertise and experiences during her internship.
And we have our Seminar for Lesson Planning, Thank you for Sir John Manait for
sharing his expertise in the field of teaching. I have a lot of realization for making
a good and effective lesson plan.
March 29, 2022, starting my day preparing the modules of the learner because
this day is their submitting and receiving their module, I realized that you need to
have patience to your learners because some of them is not really following the
instruction of safety steps in school, to avoid the spread of virus.
And the afternoon the Department Head of TLE Major got our first meeting
regarding to our Macro Demonstration. And we have our schedules.
March 30, 2022, starting my day cleaning the classroom, maintaining the beauty
of it. Cleaning the comfort room. And the time pass on , I checked the learners
module and their summative test, I also sort their modules according to their
subjects. Then after sorting I give their answered modules it to their respective
subject teacher. And the afternoon I’m working with my Lesson Plan for my first
macro demo.
March 31, 2022, Starting my day with my daily routine. My Critique teacher
planning to beautify her classroom then she is asking me for some suggestion.
Then we got our plan and we started working on Monday. And the afternoon, I
prepared my visual aids for my macro demo tomorrow.
April 1, 2022, new day, new month and a new beginning for my macro demo. I
already prepare the room for my macro demo. I can’t hide the fact that I’m not
still confident for my demonstration. As my demonstration goes on, I think I did
my best. And the afternoon I prepare my topic for the next macro demo.
Weekly Log: 04/4/2022 – 04/8/2022
April 4, 2022, Starting my day with daily routine. Still preparing the modules of my
learners and the afternoon checking their works and their summative test. We
starting beautify the classroom of my critique teacher from the bulletin board to
some important information.
April 5, 2022, today is a new life given to me, it’s my birthday. I spend my time
sorting and checking my modules. Then preparing my lesson for my next
demonstration
Day 7: April 01,2022 (Friday)
The continuation of demonstration after that john mark and I are arranging
the cabinets and tools as what Sir Sam suggest during his inspection to the
school.
Weekly Log: 04/04/2022 – 04/08/2022
Grade 12 are divided into 3 group and had perform the pork, fish and
chicken with vegetables and also done plating.
Grade 12 batch two had perform the two types of sandwiches, the cold
and hot sandwiches.
It is our second pre demo. BTLED are scheduled today for the 2 nd pre
demo.
April 11-15 holy week
Weekly Log: 04/18/2022 – 04/22/2022
Day 13: April 18,2022 (Monday)

At this week, Mam Sharon assigned me to have on the spot class to grade
12 cookery and it’s the first time to interact with her students. My lesson is all
about the two types of sandwiches. And after the discussion, the students
perform the cold and hot sandwiches and sell it to the teachers.
The grade 11 had perform the carrot cake. John mark and I assist to them
during their performance.
Weekly Log: 04/25/2022 – 04/29/2022
It is a busy and stressed week for us student interns because the

schedule of our final demonstration will be on April 28, 2022 in the morning.
During the day of our final demonstration, luckily everyone had a successful final
demonstration. We have prepared snacks and lunch for our cooperating teachers
as well as the student interns supervisors.
