    of Learning : Engaging School Heads Towards Effective Leadership in the New Normal (Batch
    1-Secondary level) to be held on November 23-25 ,2022 at Red Hotel .Edsa , Cubao , Quezon
    City. We are writing this letter to request your good office for an authority to travel on the
