    Attachment – Guidelines in sending emails

    The following are some of the guidelines that should be followed when
    sending email to the Private Schools Unit’s email:

    1. In sending specific application, the following subject title format should be


    followed:

    a) For New Government Permit

    Format:
    NGP – SCHOOL NAME – SY

    Example:
    NGP – PRIVATE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL – 2021-2022

    b) For Renewal of Government Permit

    Format:
    RGP – SCHOOL NAME – SY

    Example:
    RGP – PRIVATE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL – 2021-2022

    c) For Recognition

    Format
    RECOG – SCHOOL NAME – SY

    Example:
    RECOG – PRIVATE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL – 2021-2022

    2. Please see illustration showing where to type the subject:

    3. Make sure to use the correct email. The email of the SGOD – Private Schools
    Unit is [email protected].

    4. Kindly make a short description of your email in the content area as shown
    below:
