Who says you can't add a bit of spice to carrots and then take them to a crispy texture with an air fryer? Feel free to experiment with seasonings. Eat as a snack or top a salad with these crispy chips.

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings

  • 1 (16 ounce) package raw carrot chips

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon dry ranch dressing mix

Directions

  1. Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  2. Combine carrot chips and olive oil in a resealable bag and toss to coat. Sprinkle with dry ranch seasoning.

  3. Air-fry until crispy, 10 to 12 minutes, stopping every 3 minutes to give the air fryer basket a shake.

Cook's Note:

Air fryers cook differently so adjust the cook time depending on how crispy you want your carrot chips.
