Air Fryer Radish Green Chips

Move over kale chips for there is a new green chip in town: radish green chips! The little bit of attached radish serves as a weight in the air fryer so the greens don't fly around. They are perfectly edible but I just use them as a placeholder/handle.

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 3 servings

  • 1 bunch raw radish greens

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

Directions

  1. When cutting off the greens of each radish, leave 1/4 inch of the radish attached to the greens. Place in a bowl. Add olive oil and salt, and toss to combine.

  2. Preheat an air fryer to 360 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 5 minutes while the radish greens absorb the oil.

  3. Place greens in the air fryer, radish slice-down. Cook for 6 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate and let cool for 3 minutes. Snack immediately.
