I've experimented with many different flavors, but these are my all-time favorite. Three ingredients and a little bit of patience is all you need to whip up this crispy, addictive snack. This is a must for all of you salt and vinegar lovers out there.

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings

  • 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds, rinsed and dried

  • 1 cup distilled white vinegar

  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt

Directions

  1. Place pumpkin seeds in a bowl. Pour vinegar over the top and let soak for at least 1 hour. Drain off vinegar and stir in salt.

  2. Preheat an air fryer to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Place seeds in the basket and cook for 30 minutes, shaking the basket every 10 minutes.

  3. Transfer seeds to a paper towel lined plate and let sit for 5 minutes.
