Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings 1 pound bulk pork sausage 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese ½ cup chopped onion 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers 1 tablespoon minced jalapeño pepper 10 eggs, lightly beaten 1 teaspoon chili powder 1 teaspoon ground cumin ½ teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon pepper Directions Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
