Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 6 servings

  • ¼ cup butter

  • 1 cup frozen chopped onions, thawed

  • 3 stalks celery, chopped

  • 1 (12 ounce) package frozen broccoli florets, thawed

  • 4 large cooked chicken breasts, shredded

  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

  • 6 ounces processed cheese sauce (such as Cheez Whiz®)

  • 1 cup uncooked instant rice (such as Minute®)

  • 1 cup water

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.

  4. Bake, uncovered, in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
