Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings

  • 1 (8 ounce) package fat-free cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup pumpkin puree

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Directions

  1. Combine cream cheese, pumpkin, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice in a bowl; blend well.

Cook's Note:

You can use agave instead of maple syrup.
