Submitted by luv2cook Updated on July 29, 2021 Save Rate Print Share Close Add Photo Prep Time: 30 mins Total Time: 30 mins Servings: 10 Yield: 5 cups Jump to Nutrition Facts Cook Mode (Keep screen awake) Ingredients 1 rotisserie chicken, boned and chopped 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained 2 stalks celery, finely chopped 1 cup creamy salad dressing (such as Miracle Whip®) ½ cup sweetened dried cranberries (such as Craisins®) ½ cup mayonnaise ½ cup chopped apple (Optional) ¼ cup chopped green onion 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill 1 pinch seasoned salt, or to taste salt and ground black pepper to taste Directions Mix chicken, pineapple, celery, salad dressing, sweetened cranberries, mayonnaise, apple, green onion, rosemary, dill, seasoned salt, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Cook's Notes: If you like it moister, add a little bit more mayonnaise or Miracle Whip(R). You can use dried dill instead of fresh and chives instead of green onions.
