Lay out wrappers on a clean surface. Place about 1 teaspoon Nutella in the middle of each wrapper. Use a pastry brush or your finger to wet the edges of each wonton wrapper and fold in half, lightly pressing the sides together. Moisten the tips of the wrapper and press together. Set completed wrappers onto a clean plate and generously spray with cooking spray. Spray the bottom of the air fryer basket and set wontons inside. Air fry until light brown, about 4 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before eating.
