Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 9 servings

  • ½ cup pancake mix

  • cup water

  • cooking spray

  • 9 chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreo®)

  • 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar, or to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  2. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper. Spray parchment paper with cooking spray.

  3. Mix pancake mix and water together in a bowl until well combined.

  4. Dip each cookie into pancake mixture and place in the prepared basket, making sure they are not touching; cook in batches if necessary.

  5. Cook in the preheated air fryer for 4 to 5 minutes; flip cookies and cook until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes more.

  6. Remove from air fryer and place on cooling rack.

  7. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
