Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 2 servings

  • cup mayonnaise

  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

  • ½ teaspoon Cajun seasoning

  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

  • ½ pound tilapia fillets

  • 8 buttery round crackers (such as Ritz®), crushed

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  2. Combine mayonnaise, cumin, onion powder, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and pepper in a small bowl.

  3. Place tilapia in an ungreased glass baking dish. Spread mayonnaise mixture on top and sprinkle with crushed crackers.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven until fillets flake easily when tested with a fork, 15 to 20 minutes.
