Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings

  • 1 ½ pounds multi-colored new potatoes, halved

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon lemon zest

Directions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  2. Toss together potatoes, oil, garlic, rosemary, and salt in a large bowl. Arrange potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding (work in batches, if necessary).

  3. Cook until potatoes are golden brown and tender, about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon zest before serving.
