Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings 2 teaspoons vegetable oil 1 medium onion, chopped 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced 1 tablespoon minced garlic ¼ cup bourbon ⅓ cup tomato paste ¼ cup maple syrup 2 tablespoons molasses 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons yellow mustard 1 teaspoon smoked paprika 2 (15 ounce) cans navy beans, rinsed and drained Directions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
