Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings

  • 1 ⅓ cups white sugar

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 tablespoon grated orange zest

  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon

  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg

  • 3 large eggs

  • ¼ cup melted butter

  • 1 ¼ cups cranberries

  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C.)

  2. Combine sugar, flour, orange zest, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large bowl; beat in eggs until well combined. Stir in melted butter. Fold in cranberries, then pour filling into crust.

  3. Bake in the preheated oven until filling is set, about 35 to 40 minutes.
