Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings 4 baking potatoes 3 teaspoons olive oil ½ cup Cheddar cheese, divided ½ yellow onion, diced fine 2 slices bacon Directions Preheat an air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Brush potatoes gently with 1 teaspoon oil; place into the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes. Brush potatoes with 1 more teaspoon oil; continue cooking for 10 minutes.
