Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings 4 large baking potatoes 8 slices bacon 1 cup light sour cream ½ cup nonfat milk ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon ground black pepper ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese 4 green onions, sliced ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese 4 green onions, sliced Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bake potatoes in preheated oven until easily pierced with a fork, about 1 hour. Allow to cool for 10 minutes. Do not turn off oven.
