Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings 1 (29 ounce) can yams, drained and mashed ¼ cup melted butter ½ cup white sugar ½ cup evaporated milk 2 eggs, beaten ½ teaspoon nutmeg ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ¼ cup butter, softened ½ cup brown sugar ½ cup chopped walnuts 1 cup sugar frosted corn flake cereal Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
