Original recipe (1X) yields 12 servings 4 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed 1 cup white sugar ½ cup sweetened condensed milk ⅓ cup evaporated milk ¾ stick butter, melted 2 eggs 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract ½ teaspoon salt Topping: 1 cup chopped pecans ⅔ cup brown sugar 1 stick butter, melted ⅓ cup all-purpose flour ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk Directions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
