October 2024 Confusing directions Needs improvement 8-10 minutes??? Seriously????? Internal temp didn't even reach 100 degrees!!! Try 15-20 minutes. That worked MUCH better for me. Otherwise, quite tasty! Helpful (0) J Napier reviewed Lucky Noodles’s The Best Lamb Chops Recipe. September 2024 Easy to follow I thought these lamb chops were absolutely delicious they were tender and juicy and full of flavor. I did have to make some changes because I don't have an iron skillet So I put them in a foil lined metal PAN in the oven for about 20 minutes and they were perfect. I did use the No Bean version of chili. . . I like spicy so I may add jalapenos next time:) Helpful (1) Honey Garlic Vinaigrette 10/23/2015 I reduced to 2 servings and used a mason jar for mixing. I had everything in the cabinets to whip this up. Will make this again, very good! Helpful (0) Creamy One Pan Broccoli Cheddar Penne 09/27/2015 I scaled the recipe down to one serving and used a small skillet, adding about 4 ounces of water. Came together quick and easy. Because the main dish was not finished I did add a bit more cream keeping it warm. Tasty, will likely make again. UPDATE 10/2/15: I made this again and paid attention to the timing and doubled the cream, YUM! Yes, I will be making this often! Helpful (1) Strawberry-Rhubarb Cobbler 09/07/2015 Made as written, using frozen rhubarb. Awesome and easy!!! Helpful (1) Baked Eggplant 08/25/2015 Ten star recipe! I made the entire recipe for a Meatless Monday and ate half all by myself! I added 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder and a sliced jalapeno - almost tasted like pizza. . . Highly recommend and WILL make again! Thanks JEZZI16. Helpful (0) Rachel's Cranberry Chicken Salad 08/11/2015 I didn't have an apple or the cranberries the first time I made this. . . I added chopped green pepper. Also added a bit of chicken granules and used more pecans. The second time I didn't have a green pepper but did have an apple and cranberries:) Great both ways. I probably used less mayo . . just enough to mix. I realized I prefer chicken shredded better than cubed, and chopped apple better than grated - just me turning picky in my old age. Thank you Rachel, I'll make this again!
