Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings 3 pounds red potatoes 1 tablespoon kosher salt 1 ½ cups half-and-half ½ cup butter ½ cup sour cream 2 teaspoons kosher salt 1 teaspoon ground black pepper Directions Place potatoes and 1 tablespoon kosher salt into a large pot and cover with water; bring to a boil.
