Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings 5 red potatoes, scrubbed and halved ¼ cup milk 2 tablespoons butter salt and pepper to taste ¼ cup whole grain mustard Directions Place potatoes into a large pot and cover with salted water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain and allow to steam dry for a minute or two.
