Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings 1 ¼ cups peeled and diced kohlrabi ¾ cup fat-free milk 2 tablespoons canola oil 2 cups bread flour 1 cup whole wheat flour 1 tablespoon brown sugar 1 ½ teaspoons salt 2 teaspoons dried rosemary 2 teaspoons instant yeast (such as SAF-instant) Directions Bring a pot of water to a boil.
