“My first quiche,” says Sharon Vartanian. “It came out great. I couldn't find garlic and herb feta so I just used regular crumbled feta. My partner tried it and he literally inhaled it.”

“This is the best quiche recipe I have ever tried,” according to Marespop. “Adding the mushrooms and onions first to the thawed pie crust allows it to take on a wonderful buttery flavor while I finish the rest of the recipe.”

“Fantastic recipe with lots of flavor,” raves MamaDee. “I like to add some chopped Canadian bacon or Parmesan sometimes, but the recipe is perfect the way it is. This has become my go-to quiche recipe.”
